Eastbourne Menopause Support Group Anna and Amy are excited to bring a free monthly meeting to Eastbourne, focusing on perimenopause and menopause.

This gathering will provide a welcoming space for community members to discuss their experiences along with welcoming guest speakers.

🌼 POLITE NOTE 🌼

Dear All,
As we head into a new season for our group, we just want to say a heartfelt thank you to all our speakers and to everyone who continues to get in touch. We really appreciate your support.

A gentle reminder that our talks are inclusive and focused on educational menopause topics, so we can’t offer sessions that promote a specific brand, method, or business. This helps keep our events open and useful for everyone.

As a thank you to our volunteer speakers, you’re welcome to bring leaflets and share a brief introduction to your business in the first or last 5 minutes, for anyone who’d like to look into it further 😉

We hope you understand our boundary — it helps keep the group independent and accessible to all. From September, our new Events Curators Jane Bright and Jane Long will also be available via the same email address on the page.

Thanks again for all your support as we continue to grow and support each other 🥰🌼

🌼We have some lovely news to share 😊🌼

Our group is growing, and we are delighted to welcome Jane Bright and Jane Long as the new Events Curators for ESMG.

Anna and Amy will continue in their CEO roles, focusing on building connections with the wider community and developing new projects for the group and, of course, by participating to the monthly events!

As we begin this exciting new season for our Eastbourne MenopauseSupport Group, , we are so grateful to Jane and Jane for joining us and bringing their enthusiasm, creativity, and fresh ideas.

We’re looking forward to sharing our next event with you soon, so please do pencil 18 September into your diary — we’d love for you to join us.

And we just raised a glass ( actually 4!) to the new chapter 🍷
