School's OUT for Summer! 🌞🌞🌞

As Chair of FOES, I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this school year. Alongside Charlotte and Tammy it has been a busy but brilliant first year for all 3 of us as Trustees.

Being part of the PTFA is about so much more than fundraising. It's about bringing our school community together and creating fun memories for our children. This year we've held some fantastic events, and none of them would have been possible without the support of our parents, carers, staff, volunteers and local businesses. Whether you've given up an hour of your time, donated a raffle prize, baked a cake, or simply come along and supported an event, thank you. Every contribution has made a difference.

It has been a record breaking year of fundraising and I am incredibly proud to share that, together, we've raised over 🌟£14,000 🌟 this year. This is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of what we can accomplish when our whole school community comes together. These funds will continue to provide valuable opportunities and resources that directly benefit all children at Eagle Community Primary School and Little Eagles Pre-School.

On Wednesday we said farewell to 2 of our wonderful committee members Hannah and Sian as their children left school. They have both been amazing over a huge number of years and have been fundamental in FOES success. We will definitely encourage them back to help out at every opportunity!

To our Year 6 children and families, we wish you every happiness as you begin the next chapter. We hope you leave Eagle and FOES with wonderful memories and wish you all the very best for the future.

I'd also like to say a huge thank you to our incredible FOES committee. They give up so much of their own time behind the scenes, and it's been a pleasure working alongside such a dedicated team.

Finally, thank you to the staff and leadership team for their continued support and encouragement throughout the year.

Have a fantastic summer, enjoy a well-deserved break, and we look forward to seeing everyone back in September for another great year with FOES.

Say hello to Marshmallow, Oreo, Marmalade and Biscoff – 4 very special members of our school community! 🐔🐔🐔🐔

Our resident chickens have been funded by FOES since they first arrived at school and are loved by pupils, parents and staff alike.

The children absolutely love collecting the fresh eggs and learning all about how to care for the chickens. They have brought so much joy to our school and provide wonderful enrichment opportunities, helping children develop responsibility, kindness and a love of nature.

A huge thank you to all that have donated in our chicken pot over the year! Every little helps funding to feed & house our feathered friends.

We think they are pretty amazing! 🥚🐓💛

Today’s throwback is our FOES Pumpkin Patch! 🎃🧡

From picking the perfect pumpkin to enjoying our delicious FOES Delights, it was a fantastic event that brought our school community together and marked the start of another brilliant year of FOES fundraising.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event by attending, volunteering, donating, and helping make it such a success 🎃✨

Such a busy few days for Class 4 Friends Of Eagle School - FOES supported their brilliant Show with Refreshments for all. Then Year 6 had their Leavers trip to Tension Twisted Realities escape rooms with lunch, organised and funded by FOES - a great time was had by all and everyone managed to escape!

Tomorrow is our Final FOES🧁🍰🍪 Delights of the Summer from 3pm and our School's OUT! Disco, Foam and Bubbles party at 5pm Eagle Community Primary School Little Eagles Pre-School 🪩🫧🌟
