Jasmine Road Community Gardens is a hidden Gem in the Heart of Dudley. We have 3 Polytunnels, a Woodland Area and Wildlife Pond.

A Community Gardens based in the Heart of the Black Country in Kates Hill, Dudley which includes a Community Hub, Woodland Cabin, Forest School Area, Woodland Wellbeing Area, Therapy Animal Team & Community Cooking It is open to everyone we , especially try to encourage local people, who want to either contribute to the Communal Beds or to have a Small plot of their own to grow Fruit and Vegetables. Our most recent project under development is the is Peace & Relaxation Garden. We have a Nature School, Stage and Picnic Area for holding our Friends of Jasmine Road Events and a Community House with a Front Bee and Butterfly Friendly Garden and a Kitchen Garden at the Rear. Don't forget Tonight's the Night we will be
doing a FREE Family Trick or Treat Trail around our Local Community and we would really love ♥️ for as many of you as possible to take part 😊 to make it a really Exciting, Fun and Safe Experience for the Children.

Meet at Jasmine Road Community Gardens at 5.00pm to start off on the Trail Route 🎃

This is a Family Trick or Treat Trail and Adult Supervision is required.
Please Feel free to put on your best Fancy Dress (Adults as well 🤣) Not just the Children 🎃
Please nothing too scary remember this is a Family Event

when we have finished the Trail will head up to Roseland Playing Field & Community Centre where we will have Hot Dogs and a Drink to warm us up 🌭☕️

If there is anybody on the route that wants us to come to their house who hasn't let us know yet please feel free to drop us a message via the Page or keep a look out for us on the way round 😊

In Honour of National Black Cat Day which falls on 27th October it's only right we take this opportunity to show you how Beautiful 😍 our very own Black Cat 🐈‍⬛️ Shelby is 🖤

We adore our Black Panther here at Jasmine Road Community Gardens and he is always first to Meet and Greet you at the Gate with a Purr and a Meow 🖤

So if you see him out and about say Hello 👋 to him but please be assured he is very well cared for and loved 🖤 so don't let him fool you into thinking otherwise 🤣 he's very good at that especially if you have Treats he'll be your Best Friend for Life!!!!

We have Pumpkin Carving 🎃 Make your own Chocolate Apple 🍫🍎 and of course no Halloween is complete without Sweets 🍬 and Party Games

We had a Fabulous night on Saturday at Roseland Playing Field & Community Centre for the 1st of our Halloween Events 🎃 🕷🦇🕸
Thank you to everybody that joined us 🙏

Don't forget we have our FREE Trick or Treat Trail tomorrow starting at Jasmine Road Community Gardens at 5.00pm and then heading back to the Centre for Hot Dogs 🌭 and a nice warm Cuppa ☕️

Furthermore as if Winning Community Champion for Jasmine Road Community Gardens wasn't enough of an Honour in itself ♥️ our very Own Mick won Community Champion Individual as well 🎊🎊🎊

Well done Mick 👏👏👏 You truly deserve it!!!! For those of you that don't know Mick I know many of you know him as "The Ferret Man" he is part of the Back Bone of Jasmine and nothing is ever too much (Although you do need to learn how to say No sometimes 🤣)

He is my Right Hand Man who came to Jasmine after finding himself out of work and on a downward spiral with his own Mental Health and looking for something to keep him occupied. Well you certainly found that 🤣

From giving him 2 weeks Notice of a Double Deck Bus coming to Jasmine to hiring a Horsebox to drive to Aylesbury to go and pick up our Babies Barbara, Margo and Gertrude 🐖you always go along with my Mad ideas and just say Ok we can do it! As well as looking after all our Therapy Animal Team on a Daily Basis making sure they have Fresh Food, Water and are Comfy no matter the weather and even spending time on Christmas Day with them. Being my Santa 🎅, Being wrapped up as a Mummy for Halloween 🎃, Food Bank Helper, Builder of all Animal Enclosures, Attending Networking Meetings with me the list goes on and on whatever I need help with you are there.....

You truly are 1 in a Million and I am so Glad you received this Award and hopefully it goes a little way to showing how much you are appreciated by everyone at Jasmine and beyond and you are living proof that you can find light from that darkness ♥️

So on Thursday Night Jasmine Road Community Gardens were honoured to attend the Dudley CVS AGM & Community Action Awards and Guess what........?

We Won the Community Champions Group Category !!!!!!! 🎊🎊🎊

This means so so much 🙏♥️ to all of us at Jasmine Road and shows the Passion, Dedication, and Commitment that we always try and put into everything we do. Be it our Therapy Animal Sessions 🐖, Showing people how to Grow their own Food 🌱, our Family Cooking Sessions👩‍🍳 we hope we are making a real difference to the people in our Community.

We would like to say a Massive Thank you 🙏 to Dudley CVS for this recognition, and to everyone who Supports us, Collaborates with us and Believes in what we do.

We couldn't do it without you all ♥️

Our 2nd Halloween 🎃 Celebration is during Half Term on Wednesday 28th October 2026

We will be doing a FREE Family Trick or Treat Trail around our Local Community and we would really love ♥️ for as many of you as possible to take part 😊 to make it a really Exciting, Fun and Safe Experience for the Children.

How it works:-
If you would like us to come to your House Trick or Treating 🎃🍬🍫 all you need to do is display one of our Jasmine Road Community Gardens Logos (which you will be able to pick up from us starting this weekend please pop into the Gardens to grab one) somewhere in your Window or Door for us to see when we come round which let's us know that you are expecting us for Trick or Treating and we won't call on any Houses that aren't displaying one which makes it a much safer way to Trick or Treat.

This is a Family Trick or Treat Trail and Adult Supervision is required.
