When things are a little quieter, we like to do some fun exercises, like getting the hoops out and seeing if we can swim through on a single breath.

Small challenges like this improve breathing control, lung capacity, trim and overall body control underwater. Learning how to use your lungs to adjust your buoyancy, even staying settled on the bottom using breath control alone takes practice.
