☀️ Hello to our wonderful Jackson Hope Foundation family! ☀️

As you all know, we are currently experiencing a heatwave! Your health and well-being are always our top priorities, so we want to send out a quick reminder to look after yourselves and check in on one another while temperatures are soaring.

For those of you planning to join us on our upcoming Hope Walks, please be extra cautious. It is going to be very hot out there! If you are attending, please keep the following in mind:

💧 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: Please bring plenty of water with you and drink regularly before, during, and after the walk.

🧢 Dress for the heat: Wear a hat, sunglasses, and light, breathable clothing. Don't forget to apply plenty of suncream!

🐾 Leave the furry friends at home: We absolutely love seeing your dogs on our walks, but the hot ground and high temperatures are simply too dangerous for them right now. Please keep your pups safe and cool indoors.

🛑 Listen to your body: If you feel dizzy, unwell, or too hot at any point, please stop and rest in the shade. There is absolutely no pressure to push yourself!

Please stay safe, stay cool, and keep out of the midday sun whenever possible. We can't wait to see you at the next group but please take precautions and protect yourself in the sun ☀️
