A heartfelt thank you to everyone from across Dewsbury South who joined North Kirklees Interfaith's first Faith walk in Dewsbury (Town centre and Savile town) on June 2nd. It was wonderful to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate the diversity of our community. We are especially grateful to Community Plus for promoting and supporting the event, to Long Causeway Church for their generous hospitality, for Jo's fascinating insight into the church's history, and to Mohammed at Masjid E-Umar for the warm welcome and for sharing information about the wide range of valuable classes and activities they offer to the community. Thank you all for making the day a resounding success. I'm excited to arrange our next interfaith walking adventure. 💚🌻
