💜Tuesday group is perfect for beginners and new runners.

🧡Wednesday group is an all rounder group running 5k from the town centre.

💙Thursday group is a longer run the session is 1 hour, we can cover 3 to 5 miles in this session.

Runs for the week!

This week is slightly different due to York marathon coming up next Sunday.

Tuesday - 3 miles only from Asda on whinfield setting off at 6pm.

Wednesday- 3 miles only from The Dolphin Centre setting off at 6:10pm.

❌NO RUN ON THURSDAY ❌

Lights MUST be worn for the runs this week so please come prepared.
