This week at AMC Crewe 20 men joined us, including 3 who took the time to make their first visit to us.

If you’re struggling and you need an outlet, come down and give us a try, there are no fees, no referrals and no booking is required, our groups run every Monday evening from 7PM to 9PM (except bank holidays) for any man 18+.

Today is AMC Crewe's 2nd birthday so I 'd just like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of the following people.

All of the staff at our head office that we don't see and don't often get to meet, out of sight doesn't mean out of mind.

All of our facilitator teams for giving their time and turning up consistently every Monday evening to open our doors and run our clubs.

Every man who has attended an Andys Man Club group, you are braver and stronger than you might think.

We're always here on Monday evenings (accept bank holidays), 7pm till 9pm, and we will carry on trying to create a pressure free, no judgement environment that any man 18 plus can come to.

Lets brake those stigmas because it really is ok to talk 👌

Whether you’re attending our group here in Crewe, all the way up in Aberdeen or even our online groups, at AMC you can always expect a warm, welcoming & non-judgemental space to talk.

On Monday evening we had 17 men walk through our doors, 3 of them taking those very brave steps for their first time.

For us it isn’t about getting large numbers through our doors, It’s who were trying to catch, who might be at his lowest.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.
