The UK is coming together to celebrate Healthy Eating Week – a chance to discover delicious, nourishing foods that keep us energised and feeling great. 🌿💚
This year, we’re focusing on simple swaps for a healthier you – like choosing wholegrain bread over white, adding a handful of berries to your morning cereal, or enjoying a refreshing glass of water instead of a fizzy drink. 🥤🍓

🚓⚽ Blue Light Games Are Back! ⚽🚓

Cheshire Police, in partnership with Crewe Alexandra Community Trust, are bringing back the Blue Light Games – a series of exciting multi-sport events for young people aged 8–15 years old!

These fun-filled days are designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition, while giving everyone the chance to get active in a safe and positive environment.

Participants will enjoy a variety of sports, including:

✅ Football
✅ Rounders
✅ Dodgeball
✅ Handball

It’s also a great opportunity to build positive relationships and connect with others in the community.

Come along to our Art for Wellbeing Workshop with Sharon, where we'll be creating beautiful sketches using simple pen techniques.

No experience is needed and all abilities are welcome. Whether you're a complete beginner or enjoy being creative, come along for a relaxed morning of conversation, connection and creativity in a friendly and supportive environment.

🌈 Happy Pride Month 🌈

At CLASP, we know that families come in all shapes and sizes, and we believe everyone deserves to feel accepted, valued and supported for who they are.

This Pride Month, we are celebrating the LGBTQ+ members of our community, including the volunteers, parents, children and young people who make CLASP such a diverse and welcoming place.

Our work is built on kindness, inclusion, respect and belonging. Whether someone joins us for counselling, a support group, a family activity, volunteers with us, or simply comes along for a chat over a brew, we want them to know they are welcome exactly as they are.

We are proud to be an inclusive organisation where everyone can feel safe, respected and supported. Diversity makes our community stronger, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors knows they belong.

Team CLASP have been so busy with training and celebrating our volunteers that we almost forgot to share how much fun we had at Delamere Forest during half term! 🌳☀️

CLASP families jumped on the train and headed off for a day of adventure, fresh air and sunshine at Delamere Forest.

Children followed the trails, explored the forest, completed activities, discovered hidden clues and enjoyed plenty of time to run, play and make memories with friends. There was lots of laughter, a few tired legs by the end of the day, and plenty of smiles all round!

School holidays can be difficult for many lone parent families. Thanks to our funders and supporters, we are able to create opportunities for families to spend quality time together, build friendships and enjoy experiences they might otherwise miss out on.

A lovely day of nature, adventure and togetherness – and thankfully the weather was kind to us too! 💙
