We are delighted to be the first charity to receive a donation from funds raised by the Crewe Prize Draw. 🥹

What a pleasant surprise to find out that the lucky draw winner, Linda Green, was someone we already knew... maybe we've just got the magic touch. 😉

Tony Brookes with his children are taking on a daring challenge for us... Climbing the UK's highest mountain, Ben Nevis! ⛰️😮
The climb is to raise funds for Hopes & Beams and will take place on 10th or 11th of August 2026. 🤩

Hopes & Beams is a charity that provides education, sporting and social opportunities for children and young people who have physical, sensory or learning disabilities. We also run inclusive activities for senior members of the community, including those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s. 💜
Our main source of funding is through public donations, which is why fundraising efforts like Tony's are so important for us to continue our vital work. 💸
No matter how big or small your donation it is greatly appreciated and we thank you for your kindness. 🙏

Today the Hollywood icon Sam Neill (known worldwide for his leading role in Jurassic Park) passed away at 78 years of age. 🎭

As a tribute we are sharing our Jurassic Park parody video which we filmed only a couple of months ago for the 2026 Crewe Krazy Races. 🦖

Cameron has been wearing his Alan Grant hat throughout the heatwave but admits he could never pull it off with the level of pure charisma that Sam did while battling dinosaurs. 🤠

Yesterday our young rhythmic gymnasts took part in the 2026 Crewe Day parade. 🤸‍♀️🎉

They performed alongside Autin Dance Theatre, dancing with wooded cogs, representing the wheels of the great trains that pass through Crewe. ⚙️🚂
