💬 Meet the Team Behind Our Communication Skills Training
This week, we're proud to introduce the experienced facilitators who deliver our Communication Skills Pathway: Ruth, Lorraine, Julie, Sue, Jenny and Sandra.
Together, they bring decades of experience in nursing, palliative care, cancer care, education and workforce development. More importantly, they share a passion for helping health and care professionals communicate with confidence and compassion.
Whether it's supporting difficult conversations, helping people make informed decisions, or ensuring individuals and families feel heard and understood, communication is at the heart of compassionate care.
As Sandra says:
💬 "Communication is about creating the time and space for people to feel listened to, respected and understood."
And Jenny reminds us:
💬 "When we listen well and respond with compassion, we can help people make informed decisions."
🌱 Their shared mission?
To empower professionals to communicate with confidence and compassion in every conversation.
