Some people just don’t let go... 👁️
It can look like constant messages. Turning up where you are. Watching what you’re doing online. Finding ways to stay in your life, even when you’ve made it clear it’s over.

For many teenagers, male or female, abuse doesn’t end when the relationship does.

Here, we break down some of the different patterns of stalking.

If you’re experiencing stalking or harassment, it’s important to tell someone you trust and get support. These behaviours should always be taken seriously.

📱 It’s normal to be online more than usual between Christmas and New Year.

We scroll more on social media, play more on our new games, take more photos and chat late into the night.

Being online more can feel normal, but it can also come with risks we don’t always notice.

Control, pressure, tracking, threats or constant messages aren’t signs of care.
They’re red flags 🚩 and they can happen online at any time.

If something online is making you feel uncomfortable, anxious or unsafe, trust that gut feeling. You’re not overreacting.

If you have questions about healthy relationships, online behaviour, or something that’s worrying you, we’re here to listen.

It’s okay to ask. It’s okay to speak up.

If you’re looking to make your workplace a safer, more informed place for everyone, these lunchtime sessions are a brilliant place to start.

Domestic abuse doesn’t stay at home - it affects attendance, performance, wellbeing and safety at work too, costing businesses millions of pounds in some cases.

And often it’s colleagues or managers who notice the first signs.

Throughout the 16 Days of Activism, our training and consultancy service, Domestic Abuse Experts, is running two donation-based webinars designed specifically with a workplace focus.
They’re practical, accessible, and rooted in real frontline experience.

Presented by Holly Jaskolka and Joanne King, both experienced trainers in domestic abuse and the workplace context, this CPD-accredited webinar is perfect for employers, HR teams, senior leaders and professionals wanting to better understand, recognise and respond to abuse as it shows up at work.

We’ll look at the true scale and cost of domestic abuse, how it affects business performance, the legal and moral responsibilities of employers, and how to create a culture of safety and support across your teams.

If you’re ready to take action in your workplace or want to start small with an hour of learning, you’re welcome to join us.
