We will work with you to find solutions and identify support and resources available to you. Do you live in Cheshire East and look after someone?

From January 2023 our team will be based in various community venues across Cheshire East including; Congleton, Crewe, Knutsford, Nantwich, Macclesfield, Hanford, Wilmslow, Sandbach, as well as our all access hub. If so, whether you are a child, parent, family member or friend, you could be entitled to emotional, practical and financial support through our service. We want to understand how you are doing physically and emotionally. If you reach out to us for support we will explore how we can help you in your caring role now and in the future. We will work with you to find solutions and identify support and resources available to you in Cheshire East. Our support will be personalised and holistic and will consider with you all the areas of your life and what is important to and for you. This could include:

Benefits advice and guidance
A statutory carers assessment
One to one support
Peer support and groups
Activities and carer breaks
Access to respite
Training relevant to your caring role Volunteering opportunities
Befriending support
Referrals and signposting to our partners
Opportunities to shape the service we provide
