VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! ** UPDATE ** -we now have enough for Saturday setup but desperately need volunteers for Sunday competition day-currently we have 1 volunteer!!

No experience needed. We cannot run WINTER LEAGUE SHOW JUMPING without YOUR HELP!
Woodside Arenas near the cross country SOMERFORD

Competition Day - Sun 4th Oct.
14 roles needed for full or half days starting 9 or 12.30-4ish (Times - will be confirmed, but the roles must be covered all day)

We are running 2 arenas - roles to be covered all day:

Stewards x 2
Arena Gate x 2
Tack Check x 1 (to check all riders as they approach the collecting rings)
Collecting ring stewards x 2
Arena party (poles, poo picking, altering course) 2 per arena - 4 in total
Refreshments x 1
Judges writer x 1
Extra x 1 - to help in any role to allow breaks etc.

The Committee are already actively covering other roles needed to run the competition. All Committee members voluntarily give enormous amounts of time so the members can have a fantastic PC experience- they are now asking for your help…
