The session is designed to offer a relaxed, warm and creative space to escape the pressures of the day, especially if you've been busy with exams and revising.

This week has been and throughout the year we practice what we preach and take time out together as a team for Wellbeing afternoons.

On Thursday the Visyon team came together for lunch, went for a walk and spent time sharing hobbies like felting, water colour painting and card games. We even welcomed back Ildiko from to give the team that extra bit of relaxation.

It’s important to remember in our busy day to day roles to connect with each other and reset!
