Free 1 to 1 counselling & mental health support for children, young people and their families.

If you are a child or young person, Visyon can help you improve your mental health so that you feel better about yourself and the things that happen in your day-to-day life. If you are a parent, grandparent or carer, you can come to us to gain the skills to give your child the support they need. We offer:

- One-to-one therapy
- Therapeutic groupwork
- Family support work
- Therapeutic play
- Creative activities
- Mentoring
- Cognitive behavioural therapy
- Solution-focused brief therapy
- Parent support groups

🥾Today was the warm up walk for Team Visyon in China…their legs made it through countless steps along the Taipingzhai section of the Great Wall of China…some parts are over 600 years old! ⛩

Tomorrow is a very challenging walk, around 8 hours walking through 27 watch towers! 🧡

At 10:50am this morning in China, Linda walked out of her hotel in Huangyaguan this morning to see she was surrounded by mountains and caught her first glimpse of the Great Wall of China.🗻⛩️

The rest of the team are in the air and are almost halfway here, she can’t wait to welcome them all!

Linda recently met with the front of house team at The Academy restaurant to hear their plans for Visyon's Gourmet Dining Experience.

The focus is usually on the chef's and the incredible food we get to enjoy on the night but just as much work goes into the event from these young people ensuring your experience from the minute you arrive is up to standard too...

Are you a teenage girl looking to build your self-esteem and feel more confident in yourself?

Our 8-week Know Your Worth programme provides a nurturing space to explore ways to value yourself, build self-esteem and develop positive ways of thinking. 🌱✨

The evidence-based programme runs on a rolling basis from our Crewe and Congleton bases, and we are currently registering interest for our November and February groups.
