This busy and friendly mixed choir meets weekly on Monday evenings to rehearse, and performs three to four major concerts a year at local venues, including Congleton Town Hall.

Join us as our next Music Director! Our wonderful Tom Newall Conductor is leaving us next summer after 10 years, and we've started the process to find his successor. Fans of musical theatre won't want to miss "A Night at the Musicals", presented by Congleton Choral Society at Congleton Town Hall on Saturday 25 July 2026 at 7.30pm.

Featuring music from some of the greatest composers and lyricists, including Bernstein, Sondheim, Gershwin, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Menken, Arlen, Coleman and Schönberg, this promises to be a wonderful evening of much-loved songs from the stage. Conducted by Tom Newall

A super concert tonight! Thanks for having us - we absolutely loved singing the Beethoven!

An absolute pleasure to be back with Wilmslow Symphony Orchestra as ever - thanks to you all for a wonderfully played and demanding programme tonight, beautifully led by Rosy TJ Williams.

But tonight was extra special as we had the massed voices of Salford Choral Society, Congleton Choral Society and people from the Choral Programme at The University of Manchester - what an amazing sound at the climax of Beethoven 9!

Four fantastic soloists made for a very happy conductor!!!
