Thursday - Meet Jackie at Edisford car park at 10 o’clock for a stroll to the snack shed for a yummy hot chocolate

Friday - Meet Gordon at 1 o’clock at Marles Wood car park.
5.5 miles walking through fields and lanes / tracks scenic views,
Towards Copster Green passing Rhododendron Plantation Bolton Hall , and Copster Hall, to Dinckley along the River Ribble and through Marles Wood .
Some stiles no serious inclines.

Testing… testing…. One, two…knee 🦵How good that someone chose to try out their new knee this morning on our first ever Longridge group walk. 1.7 mile circular walk. A HUGE success all round. Thanks to Steve Eccles, volunteer leader and all our walkers that joined. Longridge Civic Hall need a mention for their teas and hotpot too 🥘. Stay finely tuned 📻 for more Longridge meet ups.

Our Friday walk this week is being lead by volunteer Tony. Meet outside St Helen's church Waddington at 1 o'clock for a 5 mile walk. The route will include Waddow Hall, Brungerly Park and the heights above West Bradford and Waddington. There are some stiles and a steady uphill section. WALK

You may recognise our newest volunteer recruit, Gordon Woodward. Little Green Bus - Ribble Valley volunteer driver and pioneer of the Ramble and Roast at the Ribchester Arms has joined forces with us to lead walks. Gordon will be making his Up and Active debut this Friday with a 6-mile circular walk from Ribchester-Knowle Green. Meet at 1 o'clock outside the Ribchester Arms. Parking is available at Greenside Car Park (opposite) or there is parking at the rear of the pub.🚗🚕
This walk does have some stiles, steps and inclines along with scenic views. Book via the comments or email [email protected]
