🌟 Cubs Camp at the Hall - 24 Hours of Adventure! 🌟
What an amazing 24 hours our Cubs have had at camp!
Over the course of the camp, 30 Cubs challenged themselves with a variety of exciting activities including Archery, Orienteering, Pioneering, and Knife, saw and axe skills. Along the way they learned new skills, worked together as a team, made new friends, and most importantly, had a huge amount of fun.
Despite the weather doing its best to test us, with plenty of rain on the first day and strong winds on the second, the Cubs remained positive, enthusiastic and supportive of one another throughout the weekend. Some of us even experienced our first Campfire in the Hall.
For some of our Cubs, this was their very first time spending a night away from their parents or carers. They should be incredibly proud of themselves for stepping outside their comfort zones, embracing new experiences, and showing such resilience and independence.
A huge well done to every Cub who took part. Your teamwork, kindness and determination made the camp a real success. We hope you've made memories that will last for years to come!
Massive shout out to the Leaders and Young Leaders who supported this camp. 3 leaders and 1 young leader came straight from their First Aid training and 1 leader came straight from work. Without the dedication of these people, camps just don't happen.
