Our highly trained home care assistants deliver a personal and discreet service. Our ongoing training and development initiatives play a vital part in promoting high quality care. We also provide training for voluntary carers to enable them to better support their loved ones and help your loved ones stay in the community. We encourage families, service-users and carers to make comments and give us

feedback. This enables us to make improvements to the quality of care provided and helps tailor the service to the needs of the elderly and more vulnerable in society of all ages and abilities, those who are lonely and those who find it difficult to cope. Our other initiatives include healthy lifestyle initiatives, deaf awareness, chronic disease management programmes, life skills, essential skills and so much more.
