Our 6-week Reach Programme, in partnership with South Lanarkshire Works, supports young people aged 16–19 who are currently out of school to build confidence, develop workplace skills, and create a pathway towards employment, training, or further learning.

Through hands-on activities, employer work tasters, and support from experienced trainers, you'll gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to move forward and achieve your goals.

What You'll Gain

We’re proud to celebrate another successful Rail Skills Academy, delivered in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council and QTS Group. Congratulations to our 10 young learners who successfully completed the programme and celebrated their graduation last week. Their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the academy have been outstanding, and we look forward to seeing the exciting opportunities ahead for them within the rail industry.

✨ POD Beauty Open Day – Monday 18th May✨

Wow – what a day! We are delighted to announce the success of our very first Beauty Open Day.

RTWS, in partnership with Jen from Business Gateway, Belladonna Beauty, and KM Beauty, teamed up to give clients an insight into a career in the Beauty industry. The event covered the courses available, building confidence, and the support on offer when starting your own business. 💄✨

It was an inspiring day full of advice, encouragement, and opportunities for anyone interested in taking their first steps into the beauty sector.
