We’re thrilled to be with Rehoboth Community Project at The Well this afternoon for our Communications and Events Engagement Network (CEEN) session.

The venue is in the heart of and is a lovely and relaxed meeting space in a beautiful building.

It was great to be able to talk all things comms, share experiences, and discuss how we can make the most of these networks in the future.

If you’re in a comms or events role at a local voluntary organisation or community group, let us know. We’d love you to join us!

It’s always good to be CEEN! πŸ’œ

Over the last few weeks, Gilly and her family have kindly donated furniture to Rehoboth, but somewhere along the way she has become much more than a supporter – she's become a friend of the project.

Today, Gilly finally accepted Ash's long-standing invitation for coffee and cake at The Well Hub, and we've quickly realised just how well known and loved she is around the area!

Things got even better when the Rehoboth lads from the vans arrived for their lunch. Let's just say poor Gilly went a little red with all the attention and spent most of the afternoon blushing! πŸ˜‚

Joking aside, this is exactly what Rehoboth is all about. We believe community is built through simple acts of kindness, genuine friendships, and taking the time to care for one another. Sometimes people come to donate, sometimes they come for a coffee, but often they leave with new friendships and a sense that they're part of something bigger.

Thank you, Gilly, for your generosity, your friendship, and for brightening our day. ❀️

Fathers Day Service at St Johns this Sunday

β˜•πŸ₯ Father's Day Breakfast – This Sunday πŸ₯β˜•

Join us before our 10:30am Sunday Service for a special Father's Day Breakfast at Rehoboth Christian Fellowship at St John's Community Church.

We'll be serving:

πŸ₯ Croissants
🍞 Toast
🍎 Fresh fruit
β˜• Tea, coffee and refreshments

Father's Day can be a day of celebration for many, but we also recognise that it can be difficult for others. Some may be missing their dad, some may be carrying painful memories, and some fathers may simply be feeling the weight and responsibility that comes with providing, protecting and leading their families.

Whatever this day means to you, you don't have to spend it alone. Come and enjoy some good food, fellowship and encouragement as we gather together to worship our Heavenly Father.

"The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him." – Proverbs 20:7

We thank God for fathers, grandfathers and father figures who quietly serve, sacrifice and set an example for those around them.

πŸ’™ Everyone is welcome, and there will always be a seat at the table.
