Choose ChiBall is held each week on a Friday!

“I could just stay on the mat and go to sleep!” 😴

Laura has become such a lovely part of our Friday ChiBall group and has even introduced quite a few new people to the class who have gone on to become regulars.

Here’s what she has to say about ChiBall...

“I’m always excited for the class because I know I’m going to enjoy it. I also look forward to seeing the other ladies because it’s such a lovely group - friendly and chilled people.
I like that it’s challenging exercise even though it looks simple, and I feel like I’ve done some good for myself, both body and mind. I also enjoy the chat and fun with the other ladies.
I’ve recommended it to most people I know! I think it suits most people because you can adjust the level to suit yourself. It’s not about looking fancy or competing with others - it’s just about yourself. It’s a quiet space at the end of your week.
By the end I’m feeling very relaxed and chilled. I could just stay on the mat and go to sleep!”

Thank you Laura for sharing ☺️

If you’ve been thinking about trying ChiBall, at the moment there’s still 3 places left - contact me to book your place 😊
