Our hub is located at 12 Huddersfield Road HD6 1JZ between Prego & The Calder pub opposite Sainsbury’s. Access to Replenish, our preloved boutique, is via Huddersfield Road & access to our food bank is at the rear via Bethel Street car park. You’ll see our door/signs in the corner by the electric charging bays.

Last night in Leeds was one of those evenings that truly reminds us why Focus4Hope exists.

With 68 people supported in St Anne’s Resource centre and 60 more on outreach, it was a busy night — but more importantly, it was full of heart.

There were so many moments that stayed with us. A gentleman who had previously used our services insisted on donating £20 to give back — a powerful reminder of dignity, gratitude, and community. Others shared how much our Friday feeds mean to them, and how valued those moments of connection are.

The atmosphere was warm and good-humoured, with plenty of compliments about the food.
Beyond the meals, we were able to provide essential items including tents, sleeping bags, rucksacks, clothing, and even bus tickets for someone who had been walking miles just to receive support.

We also checked in on some familiar faces, delivering donated items and a reminder that they’re not forgotten — something that means more than words can say.

A huge thank you to every volunteer — from outreach to the incredible prep team who are on their feet all day making this possible.

Raise money for Focus4Hope and take on the Brodstock Challenge4Hope this year! 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Choose from:

* Brighouse Boundary Way Challenge - 30K or 60K trail run/walk
* Calderdale Cycle Challenge - 70K or 100K cycling routes
* Family Fun Run - 5K for all ages and abilities

Starting from Old Brodleians RUFC, Brighouse, these challenges offer something for everyone, whether you're aiming for an endurance test or simply looking to get involved and support a great cause.

The fun doesn't stop at the finish line! Join us for sports taster sessions from 2pm and a BBQ from 6pm.

Every step, pedal and mile helps Focus4Hope continue supporting vulnerable people across West Yorkshire 💙

Today we had a very special event to celebrate Ageing Without Limits day where we served a delicious three course home cooked meal, with plenty of cuppas. Each of our 38 guests took home a goody bag with a lovely peace Lilly plant, bag of sweets, some biscuits & a Focus4Hope pen.

We sang Happy Birthday to Ellen who is 94 years young today as she blew candles on her cake 💙

We had the fabulous Michelle our local Occupational Therapist join us for a fun gentle exercise class with meditation & she spoke about the importance of movement and meditation.
We also had a visit from Libby our local PCN who chatted to everyone about general health & wellbeing, advised of a new walking and biking group and talked about GP services and Primary Care Network services.

Huge thanks to Calderdale Council for funding the event. The feedback has been amazing and everyone enjoyed it.

Have good-quality items you no longer need? Donate them to Replenish and help support the work of Focus4Hope. 💙

We welcome donations of clothing, footwear, bags & jewellery. Every item donated is sold through our Replenish stores, with all proceeds helping to fund community meals, support for people experiencing homelessness, assistance for vulnerable individuals, and projects tackling loneliness and isolation.

May continued to highlight the impact of our work and the generosity of our community 💙

Throughout the month, we were able to respond to individuals and families in need, offer support through essential provisions, and provide safe, welcoming spaces for connection and conversation. We also continued our outreach work and wellbeing support for those who need it most.

A huge thank you to our volunteers and everyone who stands with us - your support allows us to keep going and reach more people every month 💙
