We have some really good informative, educational, and fitness speakers coming up in the next couple of Months. Starting with Rosemary Littlewood who will guide us through Medau movement on Wednesday 10th June and on July 8th it’s one of our members Kate who will tell us a bit about her life that led her to Buddhist ordination . All women are very welcome to come along to 2 of our meetings before deciding if you’d like to join us .
