Thank you everyone for the fun and energy this week 🙏

I know with the weather as it is, it makes it that much harder to make that step and getting out of an evening!!! It's so appreciated and we always leave feeling better for it, don't we 🥵🤭

I'll have to start taking photos at my Pilates group soon 🤗

I feel you guys need to be seen, you're developing your form and strength so well already, so well done and thank you for joining me 👏🏼

Missing a couple tonight, but the 'Jenny Stretch' was still honoured Jenny Philp 💕

Absolutely smashing it guys 👏🏼 and it's so nice to hear it's helping get rid of symptoms of sciatica!

We do have a giggle, but we are also targeting the core and those large muscle groups, to really help strengthen those areas at risk of injury 🙌
