**Could you help shape the future of Bradfield Village Hall?**

Our Annual General Meeting takes place on Saturday 12 September at 10.00 am, and everyone is welcome to attend. Bradfield residents aged 18 and over are entitled to vote on the election of charity trustees, where a vote is required.

If you're interested in becoming a charity trustee, no previous experience is needed. Trustees meet once a month, and trustees contribute in different ways depending on their interests, skills and the time they can give.

Anyone wishing to stand as an elected trustee should request a nomination form by emailing [email protected] The nomination period runs from Friday 7 August to Friday 28 August 2026.

We hope to see you there!
