🌟 Could you help support 1st Bradfield Scouts? 🌟
We’re currently looking for a new volunteer Treasurer to join our friendly trustee committee, as our fantastic Treasurer Paul is stepping down after doing a brilliant job for the group.
Our Scout group supports children from Bradfield and the surrounding villages, and having a Treasurer is an essential role that helps keep the group running and able to continue providing opportunities, activities, and adventures for all our young people.
The role only takes a few hours a month and mainly involves simple online banking, keeping basic accounts up to date, and checking subscription payments. You definitely don’t need to be an accountant — anyone comfortable with spreadsheets, budgeting, or managing finances at work or home would likely be absolutely fine.
Paul has kindly offered a full handover and support, and the rest of the committee will be there to help too, so you won’t be left to figure things out alone.
