We’re a small group of lovely easy going ladies who get together weekly to chat about how life is going, share ideas, listen, and support one another.

The Sisterhood is a friendly weekly women's support group for anyone experiencing stress, loneliness, anxiety, overwhelm, life changes, loss, low confidence, or simply wanting more meaningful connection with other women.

There is no judgement, no advice forced upon you, and no pressure to share anything you don't want to.

Many women walk through the door feeling nervous for the first time. Almost all of them leave saying, "I'm so glad I came."

❤️ You do not need a diagnosis.
❤️ You do not need to explain yourself.
❤️ You simply need to come as you are.

Women’s mental health matters 💗

Life can feel heavy sometimes, and so many women carry stress, worry, loneliness, anxiety, or sadness quietly while still trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

One of the bravest things you can do is reach out for support.

We know that coming to a support group for the first time can feel scary. You might wonder:
“What if it’s awkward?”
“What if I don’t fit in?”
“What if it’s a bit weird?”

But often the hardest part is simply walking through the door for the first time.

At The Sisterhood, you’ll find real women, real conversations, laughter, kindness, understanding, and a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay all the time.
