Douglas is running the London Marathon on behalf of DEBRA,
“I can actually do something,” he says. “Instead of just being a passer-by.”
Lucy, sitting beside him, smiles.
“It makes me feel so proud,” she says. “Because those little conversations — people asking who you’re running for — they can create a domino effect. That’s how things change.”
