HUGE SUMMER FUNFAIR IN HAMILTON 🎈🎉

Our friends at HIYA Hamilton are hosting what looks set to be a massive Summer Funfair - and everyone is invited!

Taking place at Hamilton Academical Community Stadium on Sunday 30 August, from 12noon–5pm, there will be loads happening for all ages, including:

🏰 Bouncy castles
🤸 Bungee trampoline
🎨 Face painting
🐴 Ponies, alpacas and a petting zoo
⚽ Football fun
🎯 Games and activities
❤️ Water safety and CPR training
🛍️ A wide range of stalls

And best of all — entry and activities are completely FREE!

🌱 NEW CLIMATE FESTIVAL EVENTS AT S.O.C. 💚

People of Hillhouse and beyond - looking for hands-on, creative activities for all ages? Join us in partnership with Supporting Our Community (SOC) as part of the Community Links Climate Action Festival! Learn new skills, get creative, and connect with nature—while supporting sustainability.

Activities Include:

Gardening & Growing – Dig, plant, and explore the joy of growing. Family-friendly fun for all ages!
🗓 Monday 6th April | 10:00am – 11:30am

Introduction to Woodwork – Build a bird box or feeder from reclaimed materials. Perfect for beginners! (Adults only)
🗓 Monday 6th April | 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Superhero Woodwork – Create swords and shields from reclaimed materials. Fun for the whole family!
🗓 Tuesday 7th April | 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Traditional Crafts – Knitting, sewing, and crocheting. Relax, create, and give materials a new life!
