Brain fog? Anxiety? I just don’t feel myself? Is this you?? Peri/menopause. The symptoms might seem exhausting however we’ve got you. We understand and have designed a course that actually works and is specific to the symptoms of menopause.
Our menopause yoga course is designed to help you feel better, both in your body and your mind. We'll move through gentle poses and breathing exercises that can actually help soothe those frustrating symptoms like hot flashes and sleepless nights.
This is your time to slow down, listen to your body, and connect with a community of women who get it. You don't need to be a yoga expert—just come as you are.

In partnership with Wellbeing Connections Cic, we are delighted to offer a programme of 6 x 2-hour yoga sessions offering an immersive experience, allowing time to explore the multiple aspects of menopause and well-being in greater depth.
The 2-hour sessions allow for:
more movement and breath work to fully embody the theme
extended relaxation & meditation for deeper integration
more time for journaling, discussion and community sharing
time to reflect, ask questions and feel supported
