I’ve been quiet recently — on socials and from leading.

Here’s why.

I’ve been dealing with a knee injury i sustained during our last hike.

After weeks of waiting, been finally been informed that I have torn my ACL ligament + damaged meniscus...

...and if I’m honest… it hit me harder than I expected. Physically, but mentally too.

For someone used to constantly being outdoors — being forced to slow down hasn’t been easy.

I’m currently waiting for surgery, sitting in that in-between of uncertainty… and learning to take things one step at a time.

But this season is teaching me something I don’t usually allow myself to do — pause for a little while.

As a team, we’re figuring out how to move ahead. Things might look a little different for a while — I may not be leading hikes in the same way — but what we’ve built hasn’t changed.

The mission is still here.

The community is still strong.
And we’re not stopping 💚

In the background, we’ve also been working on something new…

Introducing Wanderlust Women 🌊

A swimming project funded by Sports England,.focused on helping women build confidence in the water, feel safe, and explore outdoor spaces in a new way.

A new chapter — and a reminder that when one path slows down, others open.

We’re live! 🌍✨

After 5 years of building, growing, and creating opportunities, the Four Seasons Outdoors website is finally here!!!

I am super excited to share this because this is a HUGE milestone for us as an organisation — and a space created for our community to explore, connect, and grow through the outdoors 🏞️
