With 106 measles cases reported across England in the past two weeks alone, it’s vital to recognise how the illness presents. Measles spreads very easily and can lead to serious complications, and tragically in some cases can be fatal.
We urge all parents to ensure their children are up to date with their MMR or MMRV vaccines, giving them the best and safest protection against measles.
💉Anyone who has missed out on their measles vaccines can catch-up through their GP practice.

🆕 A free 2-dose MenB vaccine will be available for a limited time from end of July. Who can get it?

- All current Year 13s

- Anyone either starting university as an undergrad or moving into further education halls for the first time in autumn 2026, aged under 25.
