BELFAST CITY COUNCIL AND BELFAST DESIGN PARTNERSHIP. Belfast City Council contacted Belfast Design before our very first meetup and asked how they could support us.

Since then, they have helped in every way available to them. Whenever we had a question or faced a problem, they offered advice, pointed us in the right direction, connected us with the right people, or jumped on a call when needed.

What makes this support even more valuable is that they initiated it themselves. We did not have to approach them first or ask for help. They reached out proactively and offered their support wherever they could make a difference.

Another thing worth mentioning is that they have attended Belfast Design Meetups, even though they certainly don’t have to, it is an after-work community event.

That is incredibly valuable and important. Having Belfast City Council alongside us from the very beginning is priceless.

Drawing on real-world product experience, Maria explains the shift from deterministic SaaS interfaces to probabilistic, agent-driven systems. She covers agent workflows, AI personality, feedback loops, trust, transparency, and the importance of systems thinking when designing AI-powered products.
