In January we have received a generous donation of £20.

Donations help us to keep the cost of our service affordable to those that require help in our community. They also inspire and motivate our volunteers to continue giving their time to our charitable cause.

BCMoW is a non-profit charity and we are extremely proud to be a 100% volunteer operation.

We have been cooking and delivering meals for over 10 years - 42,700 meals served! We are so proud of all our volunteers and the community that support us. Our Clients value the Meals on Wheels service and appreciate the brief interaction they have with our volunteers during the week.

Local businesses that support us include Askquiths, The Greengrocer, Food Weighouse, Bedale Community Mini Bus, Bedale Coop, Bedale Town Council and many other silent donors, thank you.

The cost of a 2 course meal hasn't changed for for the last 10 years and is still £5 - We ensure any surplus funds go back to our Clients, usually as free meals.

We are able to do all this - because our volunteers give their time at no cost - now that is wonderful! That's why we are able to continue to do what we do.
