Sanzaru Promotions was the creation of Southampton born Chris Barnes in August 2009. Brought up in a sleepy village in Bedfordshire until the age of 18 he finally flew the nest and explored various parts of the country. Working in industries including Pubs & Nightclubs, Clothing & Retail and Graphic Design & Printing he discovered he had a healthy passion for all things creative. A bedroom DJ wirh a healthy passion for Music, Film, Clothing & the Arts has lead to the birth of Sanzaru Promotions. Sanzaru, literally means "three monkeys"
They are a pictorial maxim. Together they embody the proverbial principle to "See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no evil". The three monkeys are:
MIZARU, covering his eyes, who SEES NO EVIL. KIKAZARU, covering his ears, who HEARS NO EVIL. and IWAZARU, covering his mouth, who SPEAKS NO EVILIL
