Body attack has been changed to Group HIIT

Stretch and relax is cancelled

Looking to keep moving and feeling great over the school holidays? Whether you’re looking to build strength, stretch it out, or dance your heart out, we’ve got you covered!

Our summer timetable will shortly be going live, running from Monday, 6th July through Sunday, 16th August.

From Les Mills Body Pump and Vinyasa Yoga to Aqua Fit and Circuits, there is something for everyone to enjoy

Adult lessons (min age of 16)

If you have trouble swimming/can't swim or would just like someone to be there whilst you swim then this is the session for you.

Just a relaxed session for you to get in the water and chill out.

We are delighted to launch our 2026 Summer Programme as part of the national Summer of Sport initiative, helping young people across Aberdeenshire get active and try something new.

Thanks to Summer of Sport funding, we’re proud to offer our biggest and most accessible programme with reduced prices for the whole family.
