Today marks the start of National Blood Week! 🩸🩸🩸

While there are no appointments in Ballymena this week, please keep this vital service in mind!

Book an appointment to donate elsewhere if you can travel safely, encourage friends and family in those areas taking donations, or simply consider donating the next time the Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service is with us!

One donation can make all the difference 🥰🥰🥰

🩸 H_PPY N_TI_N_L _L__D WEEK! 🩸

People rarely think about their blood type – most of us don’t even know our blood type. But if that ‘type’ was to go missing in everyday life, people would start to pay closer attention to the need for blood. 🩸🙌

You might see some of our images with have something missing! Together we can fill the gaps, let us know what the missing types are and come to give blood. 🧐
