🍰 FULL-TIME BAKER WANTED 🍰

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

📍 Location: Ballymena
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅 Monday–Friday: 6:00am–1:30pm
📅 Every 3rd Saturday: 4 hours at overtime rate of time and a half
💷 Pay: £16, depending on skills & experience
🌞 6 weeks holidays including one week at Christmas
💰 All overtime hours are paid at time and a half.

The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

You will be responsible for:
• Preparing and baking a range of bakery products
• Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Working efficiently as part of a small, friendly team
• Helping with preparation and general bakery duties

About You

The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous professional baking experience
• Be reliable, hardworking and organised
• Have a good eye for detail and quality
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Have a genuine passion for baking

Ballymena & District Amalgamated Committee are proud to announce that their Annual Ulster Covenant Festival, starts tonight Monday 21st September.

Worthy Governor, Bro. William Walker, will launch the festival in the Braidwater Hall at 7PM tonight.

Tonight we hear the story of Glen Espie "The Terrorist Knocks Twice"

We are making morning tea boxes for our coffee morning this year £5 minimum donation, if you would like to come along to our coffee morning please reserve your spot/box by commenting below. Or call into our office on Queen Street (Monday or Friday morning 10am-12noon) We will also have a few boxes that can be collected on the day.
This will ensure we have enough boxes for everyone.
