We're pleased to be included in the Good Food Connections report from Devon Community Foundation.

The report shares learning from the first year of a programme supporting food hubs across Devon, showing how food can do so much more than fill plates. It can bring people together, strengthen communities, and help connect people with wider sources of support.

There's some great insight and inspiring case studies included. Well worth a read for anyone interested in community food projects and building stronger local food systems.

This report offers insights one year into a two-year grantmaking programme on Food Hubs in Devon.

Get Ready for an Unforgettable Evening!

Returning for its fourth year, our highly anticipated w**e-tasting event at Woodlands Hotel, in collaboration with Dalwood Vineyard and Husky Wines, is set for Friday, 27th November. This is your chance to dive into the art of w**e tasting while supporting a fantastic cause: helping people across East Devon eat better for improved physical and mental health.

Doors open at 6.30pm, where you'll be greeted with a welcome soft drink and canapés. Take your time to explore our amazing raffle, find out more about Project Food, and soak up the atmosphere before the main event begins.

Once seated, you'll be guided by none other than Mike Huskins, Director of Husky Wines and Dalwood Vineyard. Mike will share his passion and expertise, leading you through a tasting of five to six carefully selected local and imported w**es.

Whether you're a seasoned w**e lover or a curious beginner, Mike's enthusiasm and knowledge will make this an experience to remember.

A carefully curated charcuterie and cheese board, crafted by the talented chefs at Woodlands Hotel, is included in your ticket price.

Following the w**e tasting, guests are invited to enjoy an evening of dancing. We recommend arranging transport for 11.30pm.

Rooms are available to book directly with Woodlands Hotel. Please contact them on 01395 513120.
