Join Drip Action Theatre as they present "The Unfriend" by Steven Moffat by Steven Moffat at The Chapel Barn, South Stoke from Wednesday 17th June to Saturday 20th June.

Steven Moffat's play The Unfriend takes a hilarious and satirical look at middle-class England's disastrous instinct always to appear nice!

The bar will be open from 6pm so please bring your friends and family along for a picnic in the countryside before a hilarious night of theatre!

THURSDAY NIGHT OPEN EVENT!!!

Have you every wanted to get involved with local theatre but not be on the stage? Drip Action Theatre are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who could help with lighting, sound, building sets and other backstage roles.

We are holding an open event at The Victoria Institute on Tarrant Street at 6.45pm for anyone that would like to attend!

‘Stage Kiss’ by Sarah Ruhl
Performances: Wednesday 17 –Saturday 20 June 2026

‘Stage Kiss’ is a Romantic Comedy/often Farcical
When Estranged lovers are thrown together as romantic leads in
1930s Melodrama – the line between offstage and onstage begins to blur.

Cast of Characters:
- ‘She’ in her mid-40s – mid 50s
- ‘He’ in his mid-40s – mid 50s
- Director
- The Reader ( also other small parts) 30s – 50s
- The Husband ( plus other small parts) 40s-50s
- Millie ( plus other small parts) 20s
- Millicent ( plus other small parts 30s plus
Age ranges are not set in stone.
All are urged to audition.

We are also looking for back stage crew and assistants.
