You walked these halls as learners once,
Unsure of what the road might bring,
Taking steps towards hope and healing,
Finding strength in recovering.

Now you stand beside another,
Offering kindness, time and care,
Showing through your lived experience
That brighter days are waiting there.

You share the wisdom of your journey,
The lessons learned, the hills you've climbed,
Giving hope to those who need it,
One encouraging word at a time.

You listen without judgement,
You inspire, support and guide,
Helping others find their courage
With understanding by their side.

The Recovery College thrives because
Of all the gifts you freely give,
Your compassion, skills and generosity
Help others learn, grow and live.

Though your impact can't be measured,
Its value shines for all to see,
For every life you've touched and changed,
You've helped unlock possibility.

So today we pause to thank you,
For the difference that you make,
For the hope you model every day,
And every hand you're there to take.

We could not do the work we do
Without your dedication true,
For every person finding hope,
A part of that begins with you.
