Below are the forms for walking groups or decorated floats and vintage vehicles for the grand parade 2026.
All entries are at your own risk and a form must be completed and returned to enter.

The parade is 1pm on Saturday 11th July 2026.
Please be in place on Garth’s head road from 12.30 and by 12.45 at the absolute latest.

Businesses of Appleby and the surrounding area, we would like your help.

We are looking for sponsors for our decorated float and walking group trophies.

We are asking business if they would like to have their business engraved on the trophy which will be presented to the 1st 🥇, 2nd 🥈 and 3rd 🥉 in each category and pubished on socials.

We’re excited to announce our Appleby JFC Football Tournament, taking place Sunday 12th July 2026 in conjunction with Appleby Town Carnival.

A fantastic weekend of youth football, fun, and community spirit awaits.
