We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Travel Training programme, supported by a series of seven engaging videos that can be found on our YouTube channel – as well as via links in the accompanying training workbook.

Developed in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, , Buckinghamshire Council these resources are designed to help young people build the skills and confidence needed to travel more independently.

The comprehensive workbook, as well as a comic, guide learners through the key aspects of independent travel. The content introduces travel training and highlights the benefits it can bring to education, employment, and social opportunities.

We were delighted to be invited by Citizens Advice Milton Keynes recently to attend the official opening of their new premises which were officially opened by HRH The Princess Royal.

Citizens Advice Milton Keynes leads the Carers Support Network commissioned by Milton Keynes City Council. The network consists of specialist organisations who provide support for unpaid carers across Milton Keynes.

Within the network, Talkback in partnership with Coram Family lives, supports those who care for people with a learning disability or who are neurodivergent.

Alan and Simon from Talkback recently had the honour of meeting HRH The Duke of Gloucester and The Countess Howe, His Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, while working at Missenden Walled Garden.

They were proudly accompanied by members of the Missenden Walled Garden team, who supported them throughout this special occasion.

It was a wonderful opportunity, and we are incredibly grateful to Missenden Walled Garden for making this experience possible and for their continued support.
