We thought the dry spring had meant the bee and pyramidal orchids would not appear but the recent rain has encouraged them to show off.

A lovely gift today from RHS - Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show through their rehoming scheme with Wayward plants πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š

We are very fortunate to have been donated a car load of ferns and grasses which we will plant in the autumn in the outside border area so patients on Chartridge and Waterside have a much nicer (green) view. In the meantime we will keep them nicely watered in our propagation area

They are looking nice - we just need to keep them nicely watered (just moist really and avoid getting them overly wet as that will rot them off).
