Welcome to The Croft
The Croft is a community based Care Home in Amersham. It is a Residential Home that is able to provide a home to 60 residents. The home is able to support up to 31 residents with a higher level of specific dementia care needs.
The Ambient Way means that at The Croft, our staff team provide a person centred approach to care and support: we believe that each person is an individual with unique qualities and should be valued as a person first and foremost. We develop care and support plans in conjunction with residents and their families so people are supported in a way which is right for them.
We are able to provide care and support for people living with dementia including Alzheimer's. Our staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness.
