Well this is the unreleased digicam pictures with our Pasifika youth!

The final day of our festival!

And what a day to remember, we had talanoa sessions for every age group to be heard, educated and understood🤍

Of course we had to host a special Pasifika lunch for all!🫶🏽

And finishing with a lovely church service hosted by Rev Singa Vunipola!

Now we can’t forget about Saturday!

A full day of Pasifika workshops, food and performances (sounds like a dream🌟)

Shoutout to the weekend cousins for hosting for the day - keeping us on schedule and even getting involved with the performances!🕺🏾

Another big shout out to our tv presenters for tekiteki TV - yup it’s happening (soon)

All such talented individuals from the performers to the villages, can’t wait to see what you guys bring to next years events! 🫣

And as Frank said “we only bring vibes to tekiteki”

So get ready for vibes on vibes to our next annual weekend🕺🏾

So they’ve finally developed!!

We said we’d bring out the digicam again didn’t we?
Throwback to Fridays event hosted by JJ, (even have matching face paint 🫣)

They hosted the ice breaker activities for our Pasifika people who wanted to get involved and trust me it definitely broke the ice!

Activities included:
- Coming together in teams performing chants
- The iconic cup game
- Coconut scraping race
- Musical chairs (every islander for themselves)

Let’s just say it set the tone for the rest of the weekend🕺🏾

We want to sincerely thank everyone who attended and supported the Tekiteki Pasifika Festival. Your energy, culture, and love made the day truly special.

• The Pacific Islanders who came out to celebrate

Each village will have a designated hour to showcase performances and express through their workshops.
