FORMAL BOARD WELCOME | 2026
The Public Rental Board warmly welcomes its Board of Directors for 2026.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Board Chair Ms Asenaca Nawaqalevu on her reappointment for a second term with the Public Rental Board. We sincerely acknowledge and appreciate her invaluable contributions, leadership, and commitment during her previous tenure, which have played an important role in advancing the Board's vision and strengthening its service to tenants and communities across Fiji.
We also warmly welcome our new Board Members Mr Xiaozhang Du (Richard Du), Ms Loi Turaga, Mr Mosese Volavola, Mr Krishneel Sanjay Ram, and Mr Salimoni Davelevu Theophilus Karusi.

The Public Rental Board was honoured to join the Housing Authority and the Ministry of Housing in a combined choir during the Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma Conference at the Vodafone Arena, Suva.

This special occasion marked a historic first, bringing together the three organisations as one choir in a celebration of faith, unity, and fellowship. The performance reflected the strong partnership and shared commitment that continue to strengthen our service to the people of Fiji.

Public Notice – Temporary Office Closure

The Public Rental Board (PRB) wishes to advise our valued tenants and members of the public that the PRB Suva Office will be closed on 30th June 2026 to allow staff to attend the official opening of the Lagilagi Housing Development.

Cashier Services will be available till 1pm for Cash Transactions.

Normal business operations will resume on the 1st of July 2026 .

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we celebrate this significant milestone in providing quality and affordable housing opportunities for our communities.
