🌺 Good Menstrual health helps to keep good mental health. 🌺

Across Fiji and the Pacific, too many women and girls still face shame, stigma, stress, and lack of access to safe period products and information. These challenges don’t just affect physical health, they impact confidence, education, work, and emotional well-being too.

🩸 Period poverty can lead to anxiety, isolation, and missed opportunities.
💭 Hormonal changes and stigma can affect mood, self-esteem, and mental wellness.
🤝 Open conversations, support systems, and access to care can change lives.

It’s time to create Pacific communities where every person can manage their period with dignity, support, and pride.

Our bodies. Our minds. Our future.
Together, we thrive. 🌊✨
