Continúan los crueles transportes de macacos para ser masacrados en laboratorios.

Un avión de la aerolínea SkyTaxi acaba de aterrizar en Toulouse cargado con cientos de macacos de cola larga que van a ser torturados hasta la muerte en atroces e inútiles experimentos.

Tras soportar un deplorable” viaje” desde su hogar en Mauricio, parte de los macacos serán metidos en un avión de la aerolínea BinAir y transportados a laboratorios en UK; mientras que, los demás, “sospechamos” que serán transportados en camión hasta Camarney SL (Tarragona), el mayor centro de distribución y experimentación de primates en Europa.

La Universidad de Castilla La-Mancha “está considerando” volver a contratar a Vivotecnia para el “cuidado de sus animales de laboratorio”.

Además de extremadamente cruel, la experimentación animal es un “método” inútil para el estudio de las enfermedades y tratamientos en humanos. A pesar de ello, este enorme y atroz negocio se sigue manteniendo desde las instituciones públicas; incluso en horribles casos como el de Vivotecnia.

Por favor, escribe a la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha para que no contraten a Vivotecnia (ni a ninguna otra empresa, como Eulen) y que destinen ese dinero público al desarrollo de métodos efectivos y que no impliquen el sufrimiento y as*****to de otros animales.

Inotiv (Envigo), the world's second-largest animal testing company, has gone bankrupt.

A horrific company responsible for unspeakable cruelties like those depicted in these images.

In Spain, Inotiv is "linked" to Camarney (importing macaques through them); to Isoquimen (for some "strange reason," they share the same address in Sant Feliu de Codines); and to Anapath Research (formerly known as Envigo Spain).

While this may seem like good news, Inotiv's bankruptcy means the terrifying monopoly of Charles River Laboratories, which actually control and maintain this cruel business, and against whom, now more than ever, we must continue fighting.

Un avión de la aerolínea SkyTaxi acaba de aterrizar en Toulouse cargado con cientos de macacos que van a ser torturados y asesinados en experimentos.

“Sospechamos” que, en este momento, muchos de ellos están siendo metidos en camiones para ser transportados hasta su inimaginable sufrimiento en el mayor centro de distribución y experimentación de primates en Europa, Camarney SL.

Our colleagues at PETA have published a new report on the spread of Shigella in primate testing centers; a bacteria of which primates (humans and “non-humans”) are the only hosts.

In addition to causing severe diarrhea with blood or pus, cramps, fever, nausea, vomiting and, in severe cases, death; Shigella is increasingly resistant to antibiotics. A very serious problem that only continues to increase “thanks” to trafficking and experimentation with other primates.

😡Op 16 april 2026 verscheen er in de locale pers van de Vietnamese provincie Lang Son, in het noorden van Vietnam, niet ver van de Chinese grens, een artikel over investeringen in industriële ontwikkelingen in de regio. Een van de projecten behelst de ‘Van Thanh Export Monkey Farm Project’, uitgevoerd door de ‘Van Thanh Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company’. Deze apenfokkerij zou gevestigd worden in het dorpje Ban Pat. Het project wil apen fokken op ongeveer 4 hectaren en deze vervolgens exporteren. Het plan behelst een investering van 46.2 miljard Vietnamese D**g, ongeveer anderhalf miljoen Euro.

🐒In navolging van onze collega’s van Peta en Abolición Vivisección stuurde Animal Rights een brief aan de Vietnamese autoriteiten met het verzoek om dit project niet door te laten gaan. Het directe belang voor Animal Rights hierbij is dat apenhandelaar Hartelust uit Tilburg apen afkomstig uit Vietnam verhandelt en dat vliegveld Zaventem in Brussel fungeert als de toegangspoort en doorvoerhaven voor Vietnamese apen in Europa.

Después de ser torturados durante años, 7 macacos permanecen hacinados en las jaulas del sótano de un antiguo laboratorio esperando una “resolución administrativa” que les permita ir a un santuario.

En 2021, el CEMIC dejó de experimentar con primates y, aunque 41 monos capuchinos pudieron ser enviados a un santuario en Sudáfrica (otros 15 de ellos murieron hacinados en el CEMIC antes de poder ser rescatados), 7 macacos aún siguen encerrados en jaulas diminutas en un sótano, sin apenas poder moverse y sin ver la luz del sol.

CEMIC si habéis tenido los recursos para “comprar” a estos animales y torturarlos durante años, también los tenéis para financiar su traslado a un santuario y permitirles tener una oportunidad de vivir sin el sufrimiento y las atrocidades de la experimentación animal.
